Changes:

We may change these terms from time to time without notifying you. Changes will apply to each subsequent order received. It is your responsibility to check regularly that any changes have been made. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website without liability to you.

Your account: 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you created when registering on this website and for restricting access to your computer and / or email address to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Description and availability:

We take all measures to provide information about the description and measurements (sizes) of our products made available on this website as accurately and in detail as possible, however there may be a difference between what is shown on the website and the product actually available. In the event that products are unavailable, they will be withdrawn from your order and you will receive a refund.

Placing orders:

You may not order / buy products from this website if you are under the age of 16.  

After placing the order, an information will be sent to your e-mail, later that the order has been forwarded for shipment. The contract between us is only complete after receiving the e-mail regarding the shipment.

If, in our opinion, we believe that there has been an error, we will then be entitled to cancel the order and a refund.

You agree to indemnify us fully against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees) and expenses arising from any breach of these terms by you or any other liability arising out of your use of this website or the use of this website by any person using your account number and / or password.

Our guarantee:

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered from us, you can easily return them - see "Returning products" below. If, after ordering, the product you receive has defects in material or is defective, we will refund the purchase price to your online account. Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipment in the UK:

Our goal is to deliver parcels all over the UK between 1 and 3 business days.

We do everything to meet customer expectations, but sometimes due to very busy times (e.g. sales), deliveries may take a bit longer.

All deliveries are between 07.00 and 19.00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Product return / exchange:

Maybe you  within 7 working days of receiving our product, return the product to us. (Only if the product is defective) Please send us an e-mail with a photo of the damaged / defective product.

Please note that when returning products, we only accept returns of unused products.

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not offer returns / exchanges for used products.

We do not offer returns / exchanges for products made to individual order and / or non-standard dimensions, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The return / exchange process may take up to 7 business days.
